SIMPLIFY.

“Be as simple as you can be; you will be astonished to see how uncomplicated and happy your life can become.” -Paramahansa Yogonanda

Living simply can create room for many new things to land in your life. When we clear out some of the restraints of everyday existence we find more personal freedom. Simplifying can span across all different areas of life, for example, if you are prone to always saying ‘yes’ or overextending yourself, be okay with saying ‘no’ and carving out a little more time in your day and fill this space with something you love. Whether it is more mental space you would like to create or reducing your material possessions, both will serve you well.

When we find more room in our lives, this can usher in a sense of peace and happiness. It also can carve out more spaciousness for new ideas or things to take root. Be mindful of your attachments and see if you can release these attachments as nothing is permanent and life is ever changing. Additionally, work towards being intentional about what you do bring into your life, both in thought and in physical form. Really look at those things with love and evaluate whether or not they are adding to your existence or taking away. If they are not adding to your happiness factor, then simply release them or works towards cutting ties. It is in working towards acquiring less that you truly gain more. Simplify. Shift your priorities to align with what your heart truly desires.
