DAILY MEDITATION.

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.” – Baba Ram Dass

Turning inward and finding stillness and quiet on a daily basis can invite so much peace and harmony into your life. Carving out time to reflect, to invite new ideas, to practice gratitude and to think loving thoughts about yourself and others can bring deep inner peace. This is a grounding ritual and it is through silence and connecting with yourself and divine energy that the mind begins to calm. Room for personal expansion begins to take root, as well as a feeling of interconnectedness to the world around you.

It takes effort to stop the doing and be intentional about receiving in a way that is not busy or loud. It is in silence that you begin to see your whole self. It is beautiful. When you become intentional about using a meditative practice in your life things will shift in lovely way. If the idea of meditation itself does not appeal, even sitting in silence can be powerful, or using kind mantras for focus. If you have the opportunity to combine meditation with nature it only magnifies the experience. The natural world is a powerful gateway to helping us see how calming silence and inner stillness can be. Go within. Embrace solitude. Clear your mind.
