“Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” — Stephen Hawking.
When we look at intelligence, and even wisdom, through the lens of wellness, one is invited to see and remember their inner strength. It becomes less about what we accumulate or prove, and more about how we listen, align, and live in integrity with ourselves. From that place, clarity emerges—not forced, but felt—and our next steps unfold with purpose and peace.
It is important to remember times are changing and those who are willing to partner with their inner resources and keep an open mind and open heart will find more ease as we enter into uncharted territory. Change is a constant force in life, and as much as we may want to cling to ingrained habits, the past, or familiarity, those who will find the most ease are the ones who are willing to stretch, expand, and grow on all levels. Stay curious, know when to go all in, when to retreat and find rest, and know when to tread with care. Let your senses and inner knowing guide you toward where you are meant to be, and gently illuminate what it is time to let go of.
Partner with your intelligence and remember adaptation is part of the journey of life. Find flow, not resistance. Find love, not hate. Find new ways of being—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. You were made for this moment.
Nature is the perfect example of how life and the world changes and yet the flowers continue to bloom, the trees continue to let down their buds in the spring, the birds continue to sing their song —and so must you. Carry on and continue to shine your light only the way you know how.
