CENTERED.

“It is only when you have mastered the art of loving yourself that you can truly love others. It’s only when you have opened your own heart that you can touch the hearts of others. When you feel centered and alive, you are in a much better position to be a better person.” – Robin Sharma

This month I invite you to find your center. During the holiday season it can be easy to get off-kilter and feel strain, all the while being festive and enjoying celebrations and rich traditions. The invitation is to greet what rises up before you in a grounded way. Whether you perceive it as joyful or stressful, try to remove the labels and just be with what is, without judgment. Carve out time to find stillness and self care, as this will benefit all of your senses and keep you glowing from the inside out.

Finding your center is the most beautiful gift you can give yourself, and truly those in your life. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to navigate your way back to your midline. This is a gift that will keep giving if you nurture it. Stay centered. Cherish the season. Lean into the holidays with love, curiosity, and wonder.
