WALKING THE LABYRINTH OF LIFE.

“The point of a maze is to find its center. The point of a labyrinth is to find your center.”

Learning how to find your center can be a lifelong journey. When one can find their center it becomes much easier to find your personal alignment and know which way to pivot in life, as well as how to show up on a daily basis. Some days this may feel an easy task, other days it may challenge you. Rising to the occasion and challenging yourself to locate your center point will help you know yourself at a deeper level. It will also assist you in knowing when you are not operating from your center and show you where you still have work to do. Be an open book here and really peer into your internal workings. Get curious about your nature and the reason behind why you do what you do.

Whether you’ve walked a physical labyrinth or not, practice visualizing your center and working from this space of balance, awareness, wholeness, and harmony. When you come into alignment and find your center point it makes it much easier accept the beautiful and difficult parts of life that visit you on your path. Embracing the good and challenging parts of being human will help you stay resilient and growing. Walk your path with grace. Stay humble as you continue to learn. Lean into the labyrinth of life.
