FULL MOON.

The full moon provides an excellent time of the month to release what no longer is yours to carry. This is an auspicious time to gently let things fall off of you and do some releasing to make way for new energy to land. Think of it as a monthly cleanse or detox. Take time to sit outside on the night of the full moon and feel her radiance as she shines brightly in the night sky. There is much spiritual energy wrapped up in the moon and to spend time intimately with this energy can be profound and meaningful on many levels.

All month long things can build and often times a heightened energy can be felt on or around the time of the full moon, go with it but tread lightly, and don’t get swept up in the strong pull. Find your center. Meditation can also be magnified sitting under a full moon, explore this. Additionally, starting new projects and making big life decisions are not recommended at the time of the full moon, but rather it should be a time of rest, release and rejuvenation. Make time to connect with moon energy. Be curious and notice any subtle shifts at full moon and new moon. Let go.
