“Dreaming is traveling by the soul.”- Robert Moss
We spend about one third of our life sleeping and yet we have a tendency pay little mind to this part of our life. So many years we spend in an altered state of consciousness, why not try to see if you can investigate how to make this experience of sleep more fruitful. There may be gems waiting to be claimed in your unconscious that might be of assistance to you in your waking life. As curious and counter-intuitive as it may sound, dreams are a tremendous gateway for fully waking up. Start paying attention to them.
Dreaming is opening to other dimensions and getting in touch with your spiritual self in a different way. If there is something you need assistance with, something you are struggling with, something you want to make more joyful, etc. see if your time spent in a dream state can open doors for you. Don’t just fall asleep and wait to wake up the next day. Spread your wings and fly at night and see where it might take you. Focus on something meaningful to you at bedtime before you fall asleep and see what happens. Perhaps nothing, but perhaps something and the more intention you put into connecting with your dreams and messages they may hold for you the better you will become at it. Journal your dreams immediately upon waking or even in the middle of the night when you wake up and are holding the dream vividly in your mind before it starts to fade from your memory. Be a dreamer. Write down what you learn. Soar.
