CONSTANCY.

Practicing constancy can be a true gateway in the opening of the heart, mind and body. Be constant in thought and in action and see how the process of maintaining a consistent state can create a pathway for more ease in your life. When we practice sustaining a constant state, that practice can then become part of a healthy habit. It becomes second nature after enough attention and intention is curated.

Perhaps constancy is something to check in on once a day for a short amount of time, say in meditation or another form of practicing stillness or emptying. If you can devote even 5 minutes per day to an internal state that is not in flux, you will feel the benefits immediately. Become a master of your own states of being and doors will open.
