“All conditioned things are impermanent—when one sees this with wisdom, one turns away from suffering.” – Buddha
Life is fleeting. What is today, won’t be tomorrow. Settle into this idea that life is always changing, ebbing and flowing. When we allow things to come and go with ease it allows our heart space to expand. With clinging comes unhappiness and a state of dis-ease. Reflect and look deeper into areas where there may be a tendency to grasp at or crave things to be a certain way. Sit with the idea that these things will not stay the same. Practice gratitude for what is, what has been, what is yet to come, and then let it go.
You are changing everyday, and so is the world around you. Life is not a stagnant process and is very much in flux. Practice deep looking into areas where there is a pattern of attaching and investigate how to let some of this attachment go. Free your mind space and well being. With each breathe we take there is a new opportunity to begin again and open the door for new self-discovery and release of the things we no longer need to carry. May we all find peace. Strive for balance. Practice impermanence.
