NURTURE COMPASSION.

“Compassion and tolerance are not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.” – Dalai Lama

Practicing compassion is a beautiful thing. This can be an area hard to nurture, especially with fast paced lives. Develop compassion for yourself first and then you will better be able to extend that compassion to those around you and see where it is needed most. The sense of peace felt when giving compassion is both powerful and uplifting.

On your path of life look for ways in which you can invite more compassion and understanding into your everyday. When you look at others with love, or perhaps even see others as you see yourself if this helps shift perspective, tolerance and a softness is sure to follow. Look for ways in which you can give to those most in need. Look for beauty and kindness in the world, it is there, even if it feels hard to find some days. Cultivate compassion. Have a tolerant heart. Spread joy.
