BALANCED AWARENESS.

Finding balance and a state of ease somedays can be challenging. The more we aim to find balance and ease in our own lives, the better able we are to show up in a healthier and more authentic state for those we love or for others in general. Aim to take stock of where in your life you may be rushing, speaking in a way that is unhelpful and hindering progress, or any imbalances you may be feeling, and try to make subtle shifts that will lift you out of these habituated patterns.

Have an awareness of those around you. Self awareness and mindfulness of how your actions and words impact others is such an important step in growing. Choices you make can have ripple effects in a positive or negative direction, so attempt to be intentional about how you behave and the manner in which you communicate with those around you. Be a light in this world and reach out to someone in need. Lift yourself and others up. Think of ways to make someone’s day just a little bit brighter. Seek balance.
