KEEP GROWING.

“What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

When was the last time you did something that made you feel excited, nervous or even a little uncomfortable…in a good way? It is in those moments of newness and in pushing ourselves beyond our self imposed limitations that we truly feel alive and inspired by change and by new personal growth. I encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and try on a new experience. Perhaps it is taking a class, volunteering with an organization that speaks to your heart, or going deeper into your self-chosen career. There are always more layers to whatever interests you. When we stop seeking knowledge and growth, we allow for stagnation to set in. Try to get out of your box, perhaps stand on your box, and breathe in a new view. It is in these moments of overcoming fear or limitations that transformation begins to take form. How cool that we can keep reinventing ourselves and growing as human beings? I love this.

Find joy in adding depth to your journey. Stay curious in life and continue to think of ways you can keep expanding your mind and spirit and be grateful for those things, people and experiences that cross your path, they are there for a reason. When you feel like you’ve hit a point where you’ve stopped learning or feel that you’ve already learned all there is to know about something, then pivot and pick a new starting point and keep going. Don’t let fear of the unknown hold you back, for if you strip the fear back, then you create space for a lightness to take take root. It is in this space of light and spaciousness that you can create a new path that not only will inspire and nourish you, but most likely all those around you. Keep reaching. Keep growing. Shine your light.
