MANIFEST BEAUTY.

“Beauty is not in the face; beauty is the light in the heart.”- Kahlil Gibran

Beauty is a trait that stems from the inside out. How do we nurture this quality and see that true beauty is rooted internally? Grace, kindness, giving, laughter, non-violence & love are examples of what beauty truly is. How can we begin to tap into that space in our hearts and open to all that is beautiful and then shine that beauty outward? Being beautiful is so much more than an outward appearance and can have such far reaching and awe-inspiring impacts on those around you.

Let the traditional meaning of beauty go if it does not serve you. Define your own version of beauty and manifest all things radiant. Let your beautiful shine from the inside out. My personal definition of beauty this week was when I met an older homeless gentleman who was sitting outside of a grocery store. It was clear he was suffering and in need of the many basic necessities that are readily available to the average person. This day I wanted to make a change and do something beyond simply walking by and smiling. I stopped and said good morning and asked him if I could bring him some breakfast. He was one of the lovliest and kindest people I have had the good pleasure of talking with in some time. When I returned with food he was still sitting there and was most grateful and appreciative. He left a mark on my heart. If you see someone struggling perhaps say good morning or make a simple offering, if it feels right. Treat all people with equal respect and dignity that you would hope someone would treat you with.

Be beautiful. Be radiant. Shine your heart. Make a difference.
